We are now recruiting for a temporary registered manager for a supported living project for adults with learning disabilities in Aylesbury.
Starting as soon as possible.
To oversee the current manager and the day to day running of the project and to make sure the quality of the service and care provided meets the National Minimum Standards.
In this job you would need to be a good communicator. You would need similar experience in an managers role. To assess people's care and support needs. To train and advise other members of staff within the service. You would also need to be able to manage a budget and keep records.
Preferably with one or more of the following:
Registered Manager’s Award/ NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services/ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
