Our client is looking for an experienced Care Cordinator to join there established company based in Oxfordshire.
Our clients main focus is providing an excellent quality of care to customers in their own homes.
Your responsibility as a Care Coordinator would be to make sure that care assistants are appropriately allocated to customers so that care is delivered on time and safely.
Other responsibilities include:
Helping to recruit care assistants with the right mix of qualifications
Distribute staff roats weekly
making sure there is sufficient cover to deliver care and support plans
Carry out general office duties. Prepare reports as required by the registered manager.
As a Care Coordinator you will be caring and compassionate and have respect for people's suffering from a range of medical conditionns with different lifestyles and beliefs to your own. You will need to be an excellent time keeper and always reliable. You will also need to be self motivated and keen to learn.
As a Care Coordinator you will be willing towork flexible hours.
