Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred, caring, and respectful support to individuals, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being
Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, medication management, and personal care
Encourage and support individuals to participate in outings, walks, and activities, promoting their physical and mental health
Receive comprehensive, client-specific training and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients
Required Skills & Experience
Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to support and care for others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
Ability to work flexibly, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays
Previous experience in healthcare or social care is desirable, but not essential, as full training and support will be provided
