We have got various shift patterns available which often can be tailored around your availability and personal circumstances. Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep ins, weekends, and bank holidays.
Supporting individuals and filling their days with positive and energetic attitude whilst maintaining high level of dignity and respect is an essential part of the role. Each individual has different daily routines-which can make your day even more interesting and varied. Some of the main duties include: assisting with meals, assisting with medications, taking out individuals for a walk or coffee.
A full induction will be carried out on your first shift with this client and training will be provided.
