Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Assistants to join our vibrant early years setting in Croydon. In this role you will help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn and thrive. Your day‑to‑day duties will include supporting meal times, guiding outdoor play, assisting with daily routines and working closely with a friendly team of nursery professionals to deliver high‑quality early years education.

Team‑player mindset, able to collaborate seamlessly in a busy nursery environment
Experience in a nursery, school or other childcare setting is welcomed but not mandatory
Early years qualifications such as NVQ or CACHE are desirable, however they are not a requirement for this position
