Location: Dulwich, London
Salary: £31,200 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, flexible working options available)
Completely Care is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded early years provider for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery team in Dulwich.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing within a nurturing and inspiring environment.
The successful candidate will play an important role in creating engaging learning experiences, building strong relationships with children and families, and helping to provide exceptional standards of early years care and education.

The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Support children’s individual needs, interests and developmental journeys.
Complete observations and contribute to children’s learning records.
Create a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain excellent childcare standards.
Encourage children’s confidence, independence and curiosity through play-based learning.
Follow safeguarding procedures and promote the welfare of all children.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience working within an early years setting.
A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach.
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and creating positive learning experiences.
