Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a welcoming nursery in High Wycombe for summer term cover, with the potential to progress into a permanent position.

This rewarding opportunity allows you to become part of a friendly and supportive team, helping to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5 years. You will play an important role in supporting children’s development through engaging activities and high-quality early years care.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality childcare and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Plan and implement creative and engaging activities for babies, toddlers, and preschool children
Observe and monitor children’s development and accurately record progress
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and welcoming nursery environment

Required Skills & Experience
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Strong understanding of child development and EYFS
A patient, enthusiastic, and professional approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
