Role Overview
We are looking for experienced, caring, and dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join our team in Oxford. In this rewarding role, you will support adults experiencing mental health challenges, helping them build independence, improve their wellbeing, and achieve their personal goals.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will work closely with individuals to provide person-centred support, promote recovery, and encourage positive outcomes. Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Previous experience working within the health and social care sector, ideally supporting adults with mental health needs.
Flexibility and reliable availability to work a variety of shifts.
A compassionate, patient, and non-judgemental approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A willingness to learn, develop, and adapt to the changing needs of service users.
Experience with housing support, benefits advice, or key working is desirable but not essential. Please note that personal care is required as part of this role.
