Location: Ruislip, London
Salary: £30,500per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (flexible working options available)
Completely Care is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded early years provider for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery team in Ruislip.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is looking to work within a supportive and nurturing environment where children are at the heart of everything they do.

The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development.
Build strong and trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Support children’s individual needs, interests and developmental journeys.
Complete observations and contribute to children’s learning records.
Create a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain excellent standards of childcare.
Follow safeguarding procedures and promote the welfare of all children.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience working within an early years setting.
A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach.
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and creating positive learning experiences.
Safeguarding
The successful applicant will be required to complete safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and right to work verification. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
