What You’ll Be Doing
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll help create a safe, happy and stimulating environment where children can learn, play and thrive. Your role will include:
Supporting the day-to-day running of nursery settings
Ensuring children are safe, happy and well cared for
Planning and participating in fun, educational and creative activities
Encouraging children’s learning and development through play
Assisting with mealtimes and daily routines
Working as part of a supportive nursery team to provide high-quality care
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for candidates who have:
A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a nursery, childminding or childcare setting
A genuine passion for working with children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A flexible and positive approach to work
The ability to adapt confidently to different nursery environments
