£10.00 - £11.70ph plus paid sleep shifts

We are currently looking for a number of support workers in the Banbury and surrounding area to work a variety of work patterns supporting with people with learning disabilities and / or autism in supported living projects and outreach work.

This is a very varied role, with many different types of care and support needed depending on the individual.

As a Support Worker your duties can include but are not limited to;

  • Taking service users out to the shops, cinema and other leisure activities
  • Helping around the house
  • Occasionally personal care
  • Health and safety
  • Residential support
  • Support with learning
  • Support at day centres


We are recruiting for Support Workers who really enjoy making a difference to people's lives. You will be providing a high level of care and ensuring their safety and well being and be a positive, encouraging role model.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months experience working in a similar role and be just as capable lone working as they are working within a team.

A driver with a UK driving licence and business insurance would be beneficial to the role as we have clients around Oxfordshire.
