We are currently looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to support the Registered Manager to lead and develop the team. You will cover Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wltshire coordinating a dedicated care team to deliver the best support to the clients.
Duties will include being part of an on call rota, care planning, team coordination and effective rostering. Meeting with prospective clients to discuss their needs, conducting risk assessments, plus spot checks / quality assurance visits. Ensuring that the service meets or exceeds CQC regulations as well as developing and managing relationships with clients and referral partners
You will support the Registered Manager with the recruitment of new carers, conducting interviews and managing compliance. Good It skills, communication skills and attention to detail are essential for the role.
The role includes taking charge of the staff team, ensuring that the highest care standards are maintained and taking charge of the day to day running of the home.
The successful candidate will have a NVQ in Health & Social care and a good track record of care coordination in a similar care environment.
