We are recruiting for support workers to assist with a new service in the Westbury area. We are looking to recruit day staff and night staff immediately for the role.

We are looking for support workers who really enjoy making a difference to people's lives. You will be providing a high level of care and ensuring their safety and well being and be a positive, encouraging role model.

We are looking for experienced and highly skilled support workers to work in a newly opening support service in the Westbury area for days and nights. You must have a good knowledge of autism as you'll be supporting people with behaviours of concern. You must also have experience of positive behaviour approaches and solution focused in your thinking.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months experience working in a similar role and be just as capable lone working as they are working within a team.
