We are looking for support workers who really enjoy making a difference to people's lives. You will be providing a high level of care and ensuring their safety and well being and be a positive, encouraging role model.

We are looking for a highly skilled support worker that enjoys a challenge to work with an autistic male. There is no personal care or medication involved however, you must be able to work with challenging behaviours with confidence and up for going out to do activities. On top of this, you must be a calm and polite person and work to a strict routine.

For this role, you do need to be a driver ideally with business insurance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months experience working in a similar role and be just as capable lone working as they are working within a team.
