We are recruiting for support workers to work with an autistic male client with an immediate start in the Amersham area. Other positions also available across Buckinghamshire.

We are looking for support workers who really enjoy making a difference to people's lives. You will be providing a high level of care and ensuring their safety and well being and be a positive, encouraging role model.

As a support worker, you will be working with an autistic male with 2:1 cover out in the community. The client can display challenging behaviour however there will always be someone who regularly works with the client so you can work as a team to resolve any issues that may arise. The client can get highly anxious also so you'll be managing his behaviour's and ensuring his safety.

There are set shifts on a Monday and Wednesday 9am until 4pm to assist in the community doing activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months experience working in a similar role and be just as capable lone working as they are working within a team.
