We are recruiting for Mental Health, Care and Support Workers to work with a female or male client who have autism / learning disabilities with an immediate start in the Oxford area. We also have mental health and care roles available in and around Oxford.

As a support worker, you will be working with a female client who has learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy so you must be epilepsy aware and an experience support worker. As the client also needs medication so it is vital that you have this training. We are able to offer refresher training if you have an expired certificate.

With the male client, he has moderate autism and learning disabilities and also takes medications. Both clients have 24/7 care and have a routine that they stick to.

We are also recruiting for Mental Health Care Assistants to work in a variety of settings either with those who have anxiety, depression or those who are homeless and those with drug and alcohol disorders.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months experience working in a similar role and be just as capable lone working as they are working within a team.
