Early Years Practitioner - Banbury

Salary: £19,000.00 - £24,000.00 per annum

The nursery is located in a central location and has good train and bus transport links, The youngest children start in the baby room, giving them a variety of activity areas created especially for their needs. Spaces to crawl, stand and walk, to create their earliest pieces of artwork, and resources to enable them to explore their senses. As the children grow, they progress to a new environment they can explore, create, and develop further interests. The Pre-School children are introduced to numeracy and phonics activities whilst allowing them to continue to learn through play and discovery as they take their steps towards starting school.

You must be level 3 qualified in early years foundation stage. You will be working with children 3 months to 5 years old creating a happy, fun learning environment where they can grow to their full potential. You will be running activities and looking after your key children and reporting progress on your key children. You will be working alongside the room lead and management team and liaising with parents and carers.

The role is working within a chain of nurseries that have sites in Oxfordshire and Berkshire, so you get the benefits of a great training programme and room for progression and a team with lots of knowledge and experience.
