We are looking for a compassionate support worker to join us in the Cardiff area. We have a client who needs assistance with providing the very best quality care, and help rehabilitate their service users.

We have an opening for a caring, passionate and dedicated support worker to come and help us deliver the best possible care in the Cardiff area. Our clients are in need of someone to come and assist them in providing the very best care, support and guidance to their service users, could this be you?

For this role you would need previous experience as a support worker, and PBM training is esential. This role can be challenging, but highly rewarding. It is well-suited to someone looking to advance and take the next step in their career.

The skills/knowledge we are looking for:

• Passionate about people and their development.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
• Previous experience in a care/support role.
• Preferably someone with experience of challenging behaviour.
• Preferably PBM trained.
• Clear, up to date DBS (we can provide this for you)
