We are recruiting for a Project Worker in Aylesbury to work alongside young people, all living in their own independent flats.
The role would involve supporting young people with skills for independent living which includes advocating to other agencies for support, assistance with claiming universal credit, helping them with move- on applications to local authority housing, attending appointments with them as needed, cooking, budgeting, and maintaining their household.
This is a great role for workers looking to top up on their hours, or looking for evening and weekend work.
