You should have:
Previous hands-on care experience.
Driving licence preferred – to reach clients across Oxford and surrounding areas.
Strong Moving & Handling skills, with practical experience using hoists, slide sheets, and other aids.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends if required.
A caring, patient, and professional approach.
