Completely Care is currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join a well-established early years setting. The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards across all areas of care, learning, safeguarding, and team performance.
Responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating the nursery team
Ensuring compliance with EYFS and safeguarding standards
Maintaining high-quality learning environments
Building strong relationships with parents and carers
Supporting occupancy and the overall success of the setting
Promoting a positive and inclusive culture for children and staff
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
Minimum 5 years’ experience within Early Years settings
Previous leadership or management experience within a nursery environment
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
Passionate, organised, and confident leadership style
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
