Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)
£13.85 – £16.00 per hour
Flexible – full or part-time shifts available (Agency Work)
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible work that fits around your schedule?
We’re currently recruiting experienced Early Years professionals to support a range of nurseries across the Lechlade-on-Thames area on a flexible agency basis.
The Role:
In this role, you’ll be supporting children aged 0–5 in warm and welcoming nursery settings. You’ll help create a positive and stimulating environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn through play.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities
Supporting children’s development in line with EYFS
Assisting with personal care, including feeding and changing
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and caring environment
Working collaboratively with nursery teams and communicating effectively with parents
Requirements:
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
Knowledge of EYFS and child development
Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach
