Nursery Manager
Location: Arborfield, Reading
Salary: £41,500 – £43,880 per annum (depending on experience, based on a 45-hour week)
Hours: 40-45 hours per week
Completely Care is recruiting on behalf of a respected early years provider for an experienced and motivated Nursery Manager to lead a successful nursery in Arborfield, Reading.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate childcare professional to take the lead within a well-established nursery, overseeing a dedicated team and ensuring children receive the highest standards of care and early years education. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining an inspiring, safe and nurturing environment where both children and staff can flourish.

Key Responsibilities
As Nursery Manager, you will:
Provide strong leadership and support to the nursery team.
Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained.
Ensure full compliance with the EYFS framework, safeguarding legislation and all regulatory requirements.
Coach, mentor and develop staff to help them reach their full potential.
Build positive and professional relationships with children, families and external agencies.
Monitor children’s progress and promote high-quality learning experiences throughout the setting.
Work closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and maintain outstanding practice.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
Previous leadership or management experience within an early years setting.
A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding responsibilities.
Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional childcare and education.
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
