Completely Care is recruiting experienced Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to support a range of nurseries across Broome, Swindon, and the surrounding Wiltshire areas. If you’re an experienced Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Childcare Professional looking for flexible work, we can offer shifts to suit your availability.
Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, temporary, or ongoing nursery work, we’ll work with you to find regular bookings that fit around your lifestyle.
What we offer
Competitive pay of £15.00–£17.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Your role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll help create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.
You’ll support children’s learning through play, assist with daily routines, and plan engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You’ll complete observations, support children’s individual development, and work alongside experienced nursery teams to provide high-quality childcare.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified Early Years Practitioners seeking flexible childcare jobs in Broome, Swindon, Nursery Nurse jobs, or agency nursery work, with the freedom to choose when and where you work.
Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent
Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
Right to work in the UK
