We are recruiting a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work in a range of friendly and welcoming nursery settings across London. If you are enthusiastic about supporting young children’s learning and development and enjoy creating a safe, nurturing environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team while gaining experience in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework. You will plan and lead engaging activities, support children’s learning through play, observe and record their progress, and help create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. You will also work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
A caring, energetic, and reliable approach.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
