🌈 Your Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
Support children’s learning through fun and engaging activities.
Encourage children’s confidence, curiosity and independence.
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Complete observations and support children’s development.
Maintain a safe and welcoming learning environment.
Work collaboratively with nursery teams to provide excellent childcare.
💛 About You
You will ideally have:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare.
Previous nursery or early years experience.
A genuine passion for working with children.
Excellent communication skills.
A caring and positive approach.
Knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS best practice.
