Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to join our team in Aylesbury, providing high-quality support to adults with mental health issues, enabling them to manage their mental health, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on the lives of our service users, utilising your experience in the health and social care sector, combined with your ability to work flexibly and think creatively.

A non-judgmental approach, common sense, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills will also be essential. Experience of working with housing issues, benefits, and key working is highly desirable, although not essential. Personal care is required in this role.
