Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Practitioner
Location: Eastcote, HA4
Salary: £30,368 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexible working options available

Completely Care is recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Practitioner on behalf of our client, a well-established nursery setting in Eastcote. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate childcare professional to join a friendly, supportive team in a nursery that values high-quality care, learning, and staff development.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting young children to learn, play, and develop in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. You will work as part of the nursery team to deliver engaging activities, support children’s individual development, and build positive relationships with families and colleagues.

The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Support children’s learning and development through fun, age-appropriate activities
Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework
Help create a safe, caring, and stimulating nursery environment
Build positive and trusting relationships with children, parents, and carers
Work closely with colleagues to maintain a happy, supportive atmosphere across the nursery
Observe, monitor, and record children’s development and progress
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years
Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
Confident written and spoken English
A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children’s development
