Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Maidenhead

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery team in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and enjoys helping children develop, learn, and reach their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the EYFS framework. You will support children’s development through engaging activities, build positive relationships with children and families, monitor and record progress, and ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive nursery environment.

Skills & Experience Required
To be considered for this role, you should have:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children.
