We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive nursery team in Newbury . As a caring and energetic individual, you will play a vital role in supporting children to learn, grow, and thrive in a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children, working closely with the nursery team to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment. You will be expected to plan and deliver activities, observe and record children’s progress, and maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous nursery experience, a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, and a passion for working with children. You will also need to be energetic, committed, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
