Completely Care is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our temporary team in Oxford. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of nurseries, gaining valuable experience while making a real difference in children’s lives every day.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll help create a safe, happy, and inspiring environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. Your role will include:
Supporting the day-to-day running of nursery settings
Ensuring children are safe, happy, and well cared for
Planning and participating in fun, educational, and creative activities
Encouraging children’s learning and development through play
Assisting with mealtimes and daily routines
Working as part of a supportive nursery team to provide outstanding care
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for candidates who have:
A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a nursery, childminding, or childcare setting
A genuine passion for working with children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A flexible and positive approach to work
The ability to adapt confidently to different nursery environments
