Full Time | £30,000–£32,000 + Sleep-In Allowance + Benefits

We’re recruiting an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a supportive children’s residential service in Oxford, helping create a safe, stable, and positive home for young people with complex needs.
This is a hands-on senior role where you’ll lead shifts, support the team, and make a genuine difference to young people’s lives every day.
The Role
Lead shifts and support junior staff
Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people
Support with care plans, safeguarding, risk management, and daily routines
Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes
Help create a calm, structured, and nurturing environment
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care / Residential Childcare
Experience working with vulnerable children and young people
Confident managing challenging behaviour and safeguarding situations
Reliable, resilient, and able to lead by example
Flexible for evenings, weekends, and sleep-in
What’s On Offer
