Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to join a specialist supported living service in Oxford, providing a recovery-focused environment for individuals with complex mental health needs. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to achieve their personal goals, develop independent living skills, and maintain their mental and physical wellbeing within a safe and supportive setting.

Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working with people experiencing mental health challenges, learning disabilities, or complex support needs, although this is desirable but not essential. You should demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting others, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
