Afterschool Club Assistant

£14.50 – £17 per hour (depending on experience and qualification)

We are looking to appoint a friendly and reliable Afterschool Club Assistant in Wallingford, Oxfordshire to support our primary school after-school club and wraparound childcare provision.

In this temporary role as an afterschool club assistant, you’ll work in different education settings in the Wallingford area alongside childcare professionals to support daily routines, lead play-based activities, assist with mealtimes, and ensure the wellbeing of every child in your care. Every day is different and full of opportunities to make a positive impact!
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with young children (in nurseries, preschools, or other childcare settings).
A warm, nurturing approach and strong communication skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved in all aspects of care and play.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one – we can help!)Availability during the summer holidays.
